Healing Spectrums Method and Brainwave Coherence Activation benefits:
There are many great benefits of having regular Delta brainwave function. Usually, the only time we get it is during deep stages of sleep. But we only get just a few moments of it 3-4 times during deep sleep. (only 25% or less of an 8 hour period–if uninterrupted!)
Yet, it is so powerful that the body is generally able to recover from the daily stresses that we put on our bodies. Without it, we know there are many debilitating health issues that can manifest, including sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and OCD, diabetes and insulin resistance, heart disease, Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, and more.
Preliminary brain lab studies indicate that the Healing Spectrums Method activates this powerful brainwave along with increased Alpha (state of restful alertness, calm, peace, etc) which results in a “super healing brainwave” and can be easily experienced anytime when one uses this simple method. Benefits of Delta Brainwave
3.5 Hz – very good against depressions and anxiety; whole-being regeneration; DNA is stimulated; “Oneness” feeling.
3 Hz – increased reaction time; regeneration of muscles etc.
2.5 Hz – like a sedative; production of endogenous (naturally, internally produced–not synthetic) opiates; pain relief
2 Hz – nerve regeneration
1.5 Hz – associated with sleep and treating sleep disturbances; healing
1.05 Hz – HGH (Human Growth Hormone) Release 1 Hz (1.05 Hz is especially good for HGH release); Also results in harmonious and balanced feelings as well as enhanced strength endurance.
0.5 Hz – regeneration of nerves; improved sleep.
Anti-Aging Hormones
One benefit of increased Delta waves is the production of 2 anti-aging hormones: Continue reading »

After all, there seems to be no lack of opportunity to experience it at particular moments in our daily life. That doesn’t necessarily mean that all stress is bad. In fact, doctors and scientists make a distinction between good and bad stress. An intensely exhilarating experience can actually be stressful on some level of physiology, just as much as one that we consider intensely negative.
However, the “good” stress seems to have a less impactful or lasting effect on physiology and can even have some positive benefit. We generally recover from those stresses more quickly than from the “bad” stresses that linger and can cause even more distress. Why is that?… Continue reading »
