The Pain Immediately Diminished

Cheryl reported that her wrist had been very sore for two months but that during the group session the pain immediately diminished by about 85% and its range of movement was greatly improved. A week later she reported that it had continued to improve and she now has full mobility without pain.

Ann had been having some back problems for a while. After the group session she briefly felt some heat in the area of the problem and then slight pain , which then subsided. After several weeks she reports that she has had no more back pain or distress.
