A woman in her mid-thirties came to a free introductory Group Healing Spectrums session. I didn’t know anything about her or her health issues at the time. After the session was over, she told me that she’d enjoyed it and felt a very deep silence during the session.
10 days later I met with her for a personal Healing Spectrums session, where she told me she’d been suffering from insomnia for several months, and had to take regular medication at night in order to sleep. However, she reported that she was able to sleep easily without any medication at all since the free intro group session. After several weeks, she continues to sleep soundly without medication.
Insomnia seems to one of those disorders that responds well to the Healing Spectrums sessions, as there have been other cases with similar results.
This is a great opportunity for all individuals who have completed either Level 1 or Level 2 Healing Spectrums training programs. During the call I will re-activate the self-treatment process for each person on the call. Whether you have recently taken the training, are a long-time practitioner, or especially if it has been awhile since you have used the technique, this will help to enliven your ability to gain the maximum benefit from your practice.
Thanks to those who have signed up for the Level-1 Self-Treatment Training! This technique is easy to learn and can bring great changes to the quality of your life in surprising ways, as it already has for many:
During my Healing Spectrums sessions and consultations, I often work with individuals who are dealing with varying degrees of pain. Naturally, no one wants to be in pain but the questions arise: What exactly is pain and what is it’s purpose? Is pain a bad thing? How do you deal with it? And of course, is there a difference between pain and suffering?
A friend of mine recently posted this quote by Deepak Chopra:

Neale Donald Walsch Quote
“The Ultimate Reality is that everything you think you need, you already have. It exists inside of you. Indeed, it is you. You are what you need – and therefore, you give yourself everything you need in any given moment.” — Neale Donald Walsch
